What is always extra
- The goods themselves — you pay the supplier directly.
- Shipping and customs, at cost, with the receipt.
- Travel outside Zhejiang for a visit.
What is never charged
- A commission from the factory. It would make my report worthless.
- A markup on the goods.
- Answering your first email.
