This site is run by one person. I collect as little as I can get away with.

What I collect

• What you type into the contact form: name, email, product details.
• Basic server logs, kept by the hosting provider, including IP address.
• Anonymous page statistics, if analytics is enabled.

What I do with it

I use it to answer your enquiry and to do the job you asked for. I do not sell it, and I do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.

Who else sees it

The site runs on Hostinger and uses an email service to deliver the contact form. Those providers process data on my behalf. I do not share your enquiry with suppliers unless you ask me to.

How long I keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years, then deleted. Job files — photos, reports, invoices — are kept for five years for accounting purposes.

Your rights

Email hello@handsonchina.com and I will show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. I will answer within 30 days.
