1. What I do

I provide sourcing, verification, inspection and buying services in mainland China. I am an independent contractor, not your agent for legal purposes, and I do not sign contracts on your behalf.

2. Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Visits and sourcing are 50% up front, the balance on delivery of the report. Inspections and buying are paid in full before the work starts. Product cost, shipping and duties are always paid by you, directly to the supplier or carrier.

3. What I cannot guarantee

I report what I see. I cannot guarantee a supplier’s future behaviour, product quality after my inspection, or shipping times. My report is evidence, not insurance.

4. Refunds

If I cannot complete the job, the deposit is refunded in full. If the job is completed, fees are not refundable — including when the report says the supplier is not worth using.

5. Liability

My liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for that job. I am not liable for lost profit, lost goods, or delays caused by suppliers, customs or carriers.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Hangzhou.
